Refund / Return Policy

We want to see our clients happy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will refund you or return the correct goods.

 

Not what you ordered?
If we delivered the wrong product by accident, we will refund you, or resend the correct product to you on our own cost. (Valid for 7 days only after delivery has been made.)

 

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery.

We will arrange with our couriers to pick up the product from you. We will either replace the damaged product or refund you.
